To commemorate our twentieth year making cheese, we have developed a Special Edition Willoughby that has been bathed in an exquisite farmhouse cider.
Virtue’s Lapinette is a limited annual release after a year of aging in French Oak. This time it spends mellowing out in barrels adds a wine-like complexity, rounding out the apple aromas and allowing subtle floral and earth tones to emerge. This special edition is a celebration of quality purveyors and the harvest season!
