Option 2: Ship gifts directly to recipients

You can ship gift boxes right to your recipients’ doorsteps by manually entering valid addresses suitable for perishable deliveries. With direct shipments, tracking is sent directly to the purchaser after the chosen ship date. Personalized gift notes can be entered at checkout to be printed on each shipment’s packing slip.

PRICING & PAYMENT FAQ’S

  • Volume pricing applies to orders of 5 or more identical gift boxes. We have six thoughtfully-curated Volume Giving Collection options to choose from. We are able to consider customizations for orders over 20 gift boxes.

    

If you would like to order fewer than 5 boxes, you’ll need to place your orders individually via our online shop. You will see an option at the end of the checkout process to create your own Jasper Hill account. Doing so will allow you to save your billing and payment info as well as any past shipping addresses, saving you time when placing future orders.

  • Our Volume Giving Collections are specially curated to account for discounted giving. All Volume Giving prices reflect a minimum savings of 10% below the combined retail value of goods plus shipping.

    These collections represent the best possible deal on goods + shipping available and are exclusive to Volume Giving Clients.

  • Yes, all Volume Giving Collection prices include the cost of shipping.

  • We accept all major credit cards for Volume Order payment. We use the Paypal platform to securely process credit card payments, but you do not need a Paypal account to submit your payment. The charge will go through like a typical credit card transaction.

    You may also pay with a check — please allow for extra time to process your payment.

  • We do not require a deposit for Volume Orders, but we do need to receive your payment in full before we ship your boxes.

  • Volume Orders process along our normal fulfillment timelines: Order before Monday, and the order will ship the following week unless a specific future ship date is specified.

    If you need to place an urgent order (shipping in a same-week timeframe), please submit your order and then call us at 802-533-2566 or email us at info@jasperhillfarm.com to follow up and discuss availability.

ORDERING & SHIPPING FAQ’S

  • Our Volume Giving Collections have been thoughtfully designed to maximize both the value and the crowd-pleasing impact of your gifts. The items in these collections have also been selected specifically because of our ability to fulfill large order quantities.

    While we will do our best to accommodate your custom request, options will be limited and in some cases may not be possible.

  • In order to qualify for volume pricing, you will need to order a minimum of 5 of each collection. Our Volume Giving site has limitations regarding processing a variety of gifts in a single order. We ask that you place two separate orders for the two different gifts.

    An excellent work-around here is sending a Choice Gift. See the next Item on the FAQ for more information on this.

  • Choice Gifts is an option for digital e-gifts. Sending a choice gift will allow recipients to select their preferred assortment between equally-valued collections.

  • Because of seasonal carrier unpredictability, we cannot guarantee that your shipments will arrive on the exact date that you request, but we can send them all in the same fulfillment week.

    Our customer service team will determine the best shipping week for your order to ensure that it reaches your recipients as close to your desired delivery date as possible without risking any chance of delay.

  • Absolutely! You are able to write a personalized gift note that will populate to the order’s packing slip. This can be personalized using basic {{first-name}}and {{last-name}} variables in the gift note field. The body text will remain the same, though.

    If particular boxes need additional personalization, please write to us so we can make that adjustment manually.

  • When you send a digital gift—the option where recipients get an email and fill in all of their shipping address information—they get a fun animated gift message that informs them of their cheese box!
