What’s In The Box?

Withersbrook Blue (4-lb cube)
A raw milk cheese made from our own herd. Rich and creamy with fruity, apple flavors and notes of winter spice. After cave-ripening, the cheese is immersed in Eden Heirloom Ice Cider for extended aging.
2025 ACS Best in Show 1st runner-up

Barr Hill Raw Honey (2.5-ounce jar)
Raw honey is never heated or pasteurized, leaving beneficial traces of pollen and propolis. Sourced by our friends at Barr Hill Distillery, where they use it to craft an incredible line of spirits.

Effie’s Oat Cakes (7-ounce box)
Effie's Oatcakes are crisp, buttery, and subtly sweet tea biscuits crafted from a fourth-generation family recipe originating in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

K+M Chocolate 70% Yuzu (1.9-ounce bar)
Japanese yuzu peel is ground into cocoa butter and paired with bean-to-bar dark chocolate for a refreshingly citrus, lightly floral flavor. A project of Chef Thomas Keller using Arriba Nacional cacao from Ecuador's Hacienda Victoria Estate.

Ziba Dried Purple Mulberries (1-ounce pack)
These sweet, crunchy mulberries grow wild at the base of the Hindu Kush mountains in northern Afghanistan. Ziba’s mission is to support healthy snacking, fair trade with farmers, and opportunities for Afghan women.
