The flavor is deeply savory with chicken broth notes with caramel sweetness to the finish.

Moses Sleeper (16-oz wheel)

Withersbrook Blue is a rich, spreadable blue that has notes of sweet fermented fruit, mild winter spice, and rich buttercream. After 60 days of cave-ripening, this cube is placed into a special pouch and immersed in Eden Cider’s Heirloom Ice Cider.
