Harbison (9-ounce wheel) (5-ounce wheel)
A rich and flavorful bloomy-rind (brie-like) cheese wrapped in spruce bark. The decadent, spreadable texture is best enjoyed by slicing off the top and going in with a spoon.

The best of the best of our Cabot Clothbound, our black label batches are hand-selected by our sensory team for their excellence in representing what the cheese can be. This approachable but complex natural-rind, bandaged cheddar with a crumbly yet smooth texture and nutty aroma. The flavor is deeply savory with chicken broth notes with caramel sweetness to the finish.

This succulent and buttery washed-rind cheese has aromas of peat, roasted beef, and onions – a strong and complex front for the subtle milky, herbal, ripe-peach flavors within. Willoughby has a thin, tender, rosy-orange rind, which adds earthy dimension to the texture and flavors of the gooey interior.

Three Little Pigs Organic Pâté de Campagne (4-ounce pack)

Lonzino, or cured pork loin, is a lean and delicate cut—similar to prosciutto. Monti Verdi, a Vermont artisan, employs old-world techniques with their own farm-raised, heritage breed pork.

Olympia Provisions Saucisson D’Alsace (5-ounce salami)
Seasoned with warming spices, this cured meat typical of the mountainous East of France is a delightful addition to holiday charcuterie boards.

Ziba Dried Purple Mulberries (1-ounce pack)
