VERMONT CHEESE WEEK

Cheese campers for the September session have an exciting opportunity to experience an even broader cheese experience. Vermont Cheese Week spans September 7th - 15th and culminates in the Vermont Cheese Summit on September 14th and 15th. This year’s summit is oriented towards industry professionals and offers a unique opportunity to double down on your educational travels.

The VT Cheese Summit is a day of optional, pre-arranged tours followed by an industry-only tasting event with panel discussions in Vergennes, Vermont—about a 25-minute drive south of Burlington. Important Note: All VT Cheese Week events are ticketed independently; Cheese Camp registration does not cover admission to the summit.

What Cheese Camp Registration Covers:

  • Three nights of lodging in Greensboro at the historic Highland Lodge

  • All meals (Monday dinner through Thursday breakfast)

  • Two full days of educational programming including lectures, hands-on workshops, and in-depth tours of our farms and production facilities

  • Fun extracurricular activities including time outdoors, hangouts with Jasper Hill team members from across the company, and even a couple of whimsical local museum visits!
