  • Harbison - Our beloved spruce bark wrapped bloomy rind took home the big win with Best of Show! The signature, full-bodied flavor of the cheese is rich and creamy with notes of spruce, mushroom, roasted garlic and brassica vegetables, with aromas of raspberry and dijon mustard. The bark contributes an oaky, vanilla character that makes the cheese an excellent companion for barrel-aged wines and beers with notable acidity. (9oz wheel)
  • Alpha Tolman - Alpha Tolman is a raw milk, alpine style cheese with a caramelized onion and meaty flavor profile. Our new variation of Alpha Tolman, Calderwood, took home Second Best of Show! We take wheels of Alpha Tolman at several months old and coat the rinds with hay from the fields of Jasper Hill Farm. If you'd like to get your hands on some Calderwood it's available exclusively through Saxelby Cheesemongers.  (1/2lb wedge) 
  • Bayley Hazen Blue - Our raw milk, natural rind blue took home Best of Class in it's category! Its fudge-like texture, toasted-nut sweetness, and anise spice character has given this cheese it's loyal following over the years. (1/2lb wedge)
  • Willoughby - Our succulent and buttery washed-rind cheese took home Third Best in Class for it's category! It has aromas of peat, roasted beef and onions – a strong and complex front for the subtle milky, herbal, ripe-peach flavors within. (8oz wheel)
