Our raw milk cheeses are REAL because we don’t heat treat the milk before cheesemaking. Real raw cheeses are a rewarding accomplishment that is generally only possible from a smaller scale farm with a dedicated milk source. Usually, the cheesemaker milks their own cows in order to obtain the quality of milk necessary. See what all the fuss is about; this gift box contains:

  • Winnimere (13oz wheel) Our most special cheese, this raw, farmstead beauty is only produced during winter months when our cows' milk is especially rich. Available Jan-May.  Winner of American Cheese Society's 'Best in Show' Award, 2013.

  • Bayley Hazen Blue (1/2lb wedge) - A natural rind, raw milk blue made by Jasper Hill Farm. The usual peppery character of blue cheese is subdued, giving way to the grassy, nutty flavors in the milk. Named World's Best Unpasteurized Cheese at the 2014 World Cheese Awards

  • Landaff (1/2 lb wedge) Landaff has a natural rind and a semi-firm paste with subtle aromas of cave and grass. Its balanced complexity harmonizes a bright buttermilk tang and savory brown butter notes. Made with raw milk right on the farm in Landaff, New Hampshire.

  • Alpha Tolman - (1/2 lb wedge) Alpine cheeses like Appenzeller and Gruyere inspire the recipe for this raw milk Jasper Hill Creamery original.
