  • Harbison - Winner of the 2018 ACS Conference Best of Show, this soft-ripened cheese is wrapped in spruce cambium and has a rustic, bloomy rind. It’s woodsy and sweet, balanced with lemon, mustard, and vegetal flavors with a lovely spoonable texture. (9oz wheel)

  • Landaff - This raw milk, Welsh-style cheddar is made by Landaff Creamery in New Hampshire and aged here at The Cellars at Jasper Hill. With a semi-firm texture and subtle aromas of cave and grass, it’s balanced complexity harmonizes a bright buttermilk tang and savory brown butter notes. Makes a great melting cheese. (1/2lb wedge)

  • Alpha Tolman -Inspired by Alpine cheeses like Appenzeller and Gruyere, this Jasper Hill Creamery original is made with raw milk and has a buttery, fruit & nut flavor when young, developing bold meaty, caramelized onion flavors as it matures. The texture is dense and pliant, easily portioned and ideal for melting. (1lb wedge)

  • Bayley Hazen Blue - Winner of the 2018 ACS Conference Best in Class and made with raw milk, this natural rind blue is known for its fudge-like texture, toasted-nut sweetness, and anise spice character. The paste is dense and creamy, with well-distributed blue veins. (1/2lb wedge)

  • Cabot Clothbound Cheddar - An approachable but complex natural-rind, bandaged cheddar with a crumbly texture and nutty aroma. The flavor is deeply savory and slightly tangy, with caramel sweetness to the finish. Pair with Orange Marmalade with 10yr Single Malt Whisky. (1/2lb wedge)

  • Willoughby - This succulent and buttery washed-rind cheese has aromas of peat, roasted beef and onions - a strong and complex front for the subtle milky, herbal, ripe-peach flavors within. (8oz wheel)

  • Little Hosmer is an organic, lactic-set cheese with a delicate bloomy rind made by Scholten Family Farm in Weybridge, VT and ripened by The Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm. The thin rind surrounds a delicate cream-line, showing a toasty, mushroomy flavor in contrast to the bright acidity of the dense, milky core. The rich, milky flavor of Weybridge makes it an ideal breakfast cheese. (2 x 4 oz. wheels)

  • Plum Port and Anise Preserves is a rich and fruity preserve made by Blake Hill Preserves in partnership with Jasper Hill Farm. Chock-full of rich, plummy flavor and balanced by earthy tones of port and spice, this jam is an excellent pairing for robust cheeses like Bayley Hazen Blue and Bridgman Blue. (one 10 oz. jar)

  • Jan's Farmhouse Crisps are delightful crackers made by Jan & Dave Gorham of Stowe, VT. These herbaceous crisps are chock-full of grains, nuts & occasionally dried fruit, but sliced thinly for a light, crispy texture. (one 4 oz. box)

  • Nutty Steph’s Chocolate - This Vermont-made artisan chocolate bar is made with 70% dark Ecuadorian chocolate, blended with crunchy maple toffee pieces and aromatic coffee. An exceptional pairing with our Bayley Hazen Blue. (one 2.4 oz. bar)
