Cheese Camp Application

The next open session will be held July 8-11 in Greensboro, Vermont.

Join us as we walk through the cheesemaking process from grass to caves and beyond. 'Campers' will enjoy three nights at an historic lake-side camp near Greensboro. In addition to immersive cheese education, there will be opportunities to engage with our team and enjoy some outdoor fun.

Campers are greeted with a welcome dinner at the Lodge the first evening, followed by two full days of education split between classroom and observation time. Breakfast is offered on the final day with a couple optional tours that vary based on the schedules of our cheesemaking friends in northern Vermont.

We are offering this exclusive opportunity, including all meals, lodging, and over 12 hours of immersive '201 level' instruction, paired with seasonal outdoor fun, for $600 per person.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

This intensive experience is designed to accommodate professional cheesemongers (working behind a service counter) who are looking to build in-depth knowledge of the production process. Other types of cheese professionals will be considered as space allows - we are currently only accepting 10 registrations per session in the interest of a high-quality experience. 

We accept applications (below) on a rolling basis. Once your application is approved, we will keep you informed of opportunities to register for upcoming sessions. Note that sessions fill quickly once the process has begun; registrations are accepted in order of receipt.
